I am thinking ahead to Thursday's meeting and some of the emails our team has shared around the question of how to effectively communicate the vision. I wonder if there are some prior questions that we need to focus on in the beginning. Do Covenant attenders and members have a felt need for increased spiritual growth? Are they convinced that a vision of any kind is necessary or useful? If they are convinced, what elements are necessary (beyond education regarding the vision) for the vision to be embraced?
